You'll no doubt have your own needs, but we thought this basic list of what you might want to bring on your vacation might be helpful, knowing what we do about the amenities at this home!

We provide all the linens you’ll need – sheets, duvets, blankets, bath towels, etc. We also provide a range of cleaning supplies including dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, and laundry detergent. Additional provided supplies are listed throughout this Welcome Book. Each room is stocked with a humidifier in each closet.
Planning Your Arrival
Check-in Time
Check-in time is 4pm MST on the date of your arrival.
We may not be able to accommodate an early check-in/late check out time during our peak season (December - May), but are willing to be flexible if it aligns with our cleaning schedule.
Access Codes / Instructions
We are happy to provide no-contact self-check-in.
You will receive a custom 4-digit code prior to your arrival that can be used to unlock the exterior door at the property. No key is needed.

Linens
Each bedroom has towels in the drawers. Please use Bath towels for indoor use only. Additional makeup cloths are located in the bathroom vanities.
Each closet has an additional set of sheets if needed.
Each room also has an extra blanket or throw in the closet. Additional throws can be found in the living room in a basket by the couch.

Grill / BBQ
Please enjoy the outdoor gas grill available for your use! It is located around the deck.
We do check before each guest arrives to ensure that it has sufficient gas for your stay. If it runs out a spare is next to the grill.

Good Neighbor Policy
25 MPH Speed Limit in Neighborhood. Both dogs and children use the road as an extension of their yard. Please respect our neighborhood and be kind to those you encounter.

Quiet Times
We are located in a residential community. Although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence.
Please do your part by adhering to quiet hours between 10pm & 7 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum.
Smoking Policy
This is a smoke-free home. No smoking of any substance is permitted. Please do not vape indoors.
Animals
Animals are allowed. Restrictions of two pets per stay with a 35 pound dog limit.
Breakages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know. We want to insure that we can get things fixed for the next guest in a timely manner.
Thermostats
Heat Thermostats
Our Smart thermostat is located in or near all of the rooms. Our home has in-floor radiant heat which is very different from a forced air system. Any temperature adjustment will take longer to take effect and will heat up rooms for longer. Please adjust using a slow and steady process.
NO Air Conditioning
Our home doesn’t have AC, however, in the mountains we rely on a cross breeze. If your room gets warm it is our recommendation that you open the windows at night and shut them in the morning. The cool air taken up during the night will hold temperature throughout the day.
