Occupancy
The maximum capacity for the 2613 house is 10 people. Under no circumstances are more than 12 people allowed on the property at any time.
Parking
There is enough parking for 5 cars in the driveway, if you pull all the way under the carport to create 2 rows of cars. Please do not park left of the flower pots. Parking on the street is not permitted.

Things To Bring
You'll no doubt have your own needs, but we thought this basic list of what you might want to bring on your vacation might be helpful, knowing what we do about the amenities at this home!

We provide all the linens you’ll need – sheets, duvets, blankets, bath towels, Turkish beach towels, kitchen towels, etc. We also provide a range of cleaning supplies including dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, and laundry detergent. Additional provided supplies are listed throughout this Welcome Book.
Planning Your Arrival
Check-in Time
Check-in time is 3pm EST (2pm CST) on the date of your arrival.
We may not be able to accommodate an early check-in/late check out time during our peak season (June- August), but are willing to be flexible if it aligns with our cleaning schedule.
Access Codes / Instructions
We are happy to provide no-contact self-check-in.
You will receive a custom 4-digit code prior to your arrival that can be used to unlock the exterior door at the property. No key is needed.
To unlock the doors, enter your 4-digit code and open the door. Code will be sent prior to your arrival.
Green light flashes, door will unlock.
Linens
Each bedroom has towels unique to that room to help differentiate among guests. Additional metal hooks for hanging damp (not dripping) are located in each closet, if needed. Please use Bath towels for indoor use only. Additional bath towels and makeup cloths are located in the bathroom vanities. Turkish beach towels are located in the sunroom (on the hangers and in a basket) to use outdoors for the lake or hot tub.
Each room also has an extra blanket or throw in the closet. Additional throws can be found in the living room in a basket by the couch.

Enjoying Your Time Inside
The TVs are equipped with Roku Smart TV.
To operate the TV, use the Roku remote control to select your input of choice and you're good to go!
Games, Toys & Other Fun Amenities
You'll find a variety of games, playing cards and puzzles in the Main House. They are located near the fireplace.
Enjoying Your Time Outside
Hot Tub
The property has an outdoor hot tub open year-round for our guests!
Please limit occupancy to 6 people in the hot tub at any given time.
Unclip the buckles on both sides, 4 clips total. Then flip the lid open towards the bar and then completely open; the bar will hold the lid intact & off the ground.
The controls are located along the inside rim of the hot tub to adjust the heat, jets and lights.
The hot tub should be covered at all times when not in use.
Please be sure to clip the 4 buckles when finished to protect the cover from wind damage.
If you have any problems with the hot tub, please let us know.
Please be sure to bring in any towels overnight, as it gets quite windy at times.
Grill / BBQ
Please enjoy the outdoor gas grill available for your use! It is located around the side of the house with the stone path.
We do check before each guest arrives to ensure that it has sufficient gas for your stay. If it runs out, please let us know.
Misc. Outdoor Amenities
You'll find outdoor chairs, porch, hot tub, and fire pit. On the top floor there is access to a private balcony through the upper rooms which contain rocking chairs.
Fishing Basics
You'll find 3 fishing poles ready to tie up and go fishing. Poles are located to the left of the main entry door. Bass hook, plastics and a few lures are available to you (mornings and evenings around the docks).

Good Neighbor Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to promote good relationships by providing guidance to the property owners, residents, and visitors on how to best build and maintain positive relationships.
Quiet Times
We are located in a residential community. Although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence.
Please do your part by adhering to quiet hours between 10pm & 7 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum.
Smoking Policy
This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance is permitted. Please do not vape indoors.
Pets
Pets are NOT Allowed.
Breakages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge.
If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!), we would like to come to an agreement about the cost with you before you leave, to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
Thermostats
READ BEFORE ADJUSTING:
Air Conditioning Thermostats
Our A/C thermostat is on the landing of the second floor, located near the bathroom entry.
Heat Thermostats
Our Baseboard Heating thermostats are located in each room. These remain off during the summer months. They will light up as you walk past them, however, they are off.
